This option is ideal for athletes preparing for major challenges, working through complex performance or confidence barriers, or wanting a practical, hands-on session where time and terrain matter.

Deep-Dive Sessions are particularly valuable for mountain runners, ultra athletes, and anyone looking for a focused block of coaching that goes beyond discussion into real application, skill development, and long-term clarity.

Sessions can be delivered online or in person, though this tier is especially suited to practical outdoor work where sustained time allows for progression, repetition, and confidence building.
